Blimish's truth
Blimish Miller was born in Miami, Florida. At the age of twenty-three, her life took a devastating turn for the worse. With her head held high she took control of her life, escaped an abusive relationship and moved to Atlanta, where she currently resides.
Life happened, and at the age of thirty, Blimish found herself homeless, with a new baby, no car, no job and no college education. Once again, she took control of her life and wrote her own story, and in her mid-thirties, Blimish aggressively pursued and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (2002).
Immediately after graduation she was thirsty for more knowledge, and enrolled in graduate school, where she attended a weekend MBA program. This meant being in class every Friday from six to ten at night and every Saturday from nine to six for fifteen months, where she earned an MBA (2004).
During her quest for higher education, Blimish was diligently executing her game plan for success to climb the corporate ladder. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, she later earned various promotions which included Team Leader, Supervisor, and Manager. However, after twelve years of climbing the corporate ladder, Blimish was laid-off. She was forced to once again take control of her life, and write a new chapter. She went back to college and earned a master’s degree in project management (2011).
After three years of much deserved rest and relaxation, Blimish returned to Corporate America: stronger, smarter and with a plan.
Now in her fifties, Blimish is writing a new chapter. She knows exactly who she is and what she wants to do with her life. She is a certified life coach and the CEO of Blimish and Company, a consulting company that specializes in personal and professional development by creating customized workbooks-journals to help clients figure out their lives and write their own stories.
